FAQ
The short version.
Is Farm Server a Free, Breeder, or Gamefarm plan?
No. Those are Cloud App subscription plans. Farm Server is a separate local installation with its own setup fee and annual License & Care, handled by support.
Do I need to pay for both products?
No. Choose the product that fits your operation. A Cloud App subscription is not required for local Farm Server records.
Is the Farm Server monthly price a monthly bill?
No. ₱1,500/month is the equivalent when the ₱18,000 License & Care fee is billed annually. Farm Server is quoted and paid through the support-led installation process.
What happens after the Farm Server license expires?
There is a 14-day renewal grace period. After grace, records remain readable, exportable, and backed up; search and record-changing actions pause instead of deleting records.
What if I already have a computer?
That is the lowest-cost starting path. Support validates the computer and local network before quoting. Hardware guidance is not an automatic online blocker.
