Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using GamefowlTrack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to both the mobile application and the web dashboard.

2. Description of Service

GamefowlTrack is a farm management application designed for gamefowl breeders and farms. The Service provides tools for flock inventory, bloodline tracking, pairing and hatch records, fight records, conditioning logs, vaccination records, and expense tracking.

The mobile app operates offline-first — your data is stored on your device and synchronized to the cloud when an internet connection is available.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

GamefowlTrack offers three subscription tiers:

• Free₱0 — up to 15 birds. Core flock, pairings, and hatches included.
• Breeder₱249/month — up to 200 birds. Full operational features included.
• Gamefarm₱799/month — unlimited birds. Analytics, AI Assistant, and priority support included.

Subscription upgrades are processed manually. To upgrade, submit a plan change request through the app and our support team will contact you within 24 hours to complete the process. Billing is collected via GCash or other agreed payment methods.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation requests must be submitted to support at least 3 days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Your Data

You own all data you enter into GamefowlTrack, including bird records, bloodlines, fight records, and farm information. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase-managed servers. You may export your flock data at any time via the CSV export feature. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the web dashboard. The installed PWA supports cached offline viewing and selected queued field logs, but some actions require a network connection. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

GamefowlTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
