Cloud App vs Farm Server
Same features. Different deployment.
Both use familiar GamefowlTrack workflows. The difference is where the working database lives and how the product is purchased.
Online subscription

Best when the farm has dependable Internet and users need access from different locations. Choose a monthly or annual online plan.
See Cloud App plans →Annual license · local install
Farm Server

Farm Server is separate from Free, Breeder, and Gamefarm. Support confirms the host, provides a written quote, and lists optional work separately.
Farm Server is a separate local system, not a fourth subscription plan. It has two cost components: a one-time setup fee and an annual License & Care. Support handles the assessment, quote, installation, and activation.

FAQ
Designed for real farm conditions.
Is Farm Server the same as the Cloud App Free, Breeder, or Gamefarm plan?
No. Those are Cloud App subscription plans. Farm Server is a separate local system with its own setup fee and annual license — handled by support, not a self-service checkout.
What if the host computer is shut down or fails?
If the host is shut down, local pages are unavailable until it restarts. If it fails, your database can be restored from its configured backup to replacement hardware after preflight and a new signed license.
Do I need to also pay for a Cloud App subscription?
No. A Cloud App subscription is not required for Farm Server. Internet is optional for daily local records and is used for AI, updates, remote support, and license renewal.
What happens when the annual license expires?
There is a 14-day renewal grace period. After grace, records stay readable, exportable, and backed up — search and record-changing actions pause. Nothing is deleted.
Who owns the farm data?
You do. Records and photos are stored on your local host. GamefowlTrack only receives the minimum information needed for licensing, remote support, and AI requests when internet is available.
